Conventionally unconventional
As a company founded on the idea that great things happen when you give people the chance to talk, it's no surprise we're committed to an open and honest culture of sharing.
Even since our humble beginning as a handful of ambitious nerds in a cramped office, we knew we wanted every employee to have a voice, and understand that they're integral to our success. And sure, we're a bit bigger now, and part of a $140 billion global corporation, but we still value that lay-it-on-the-line, start-up attitude — as well as every single member of our team.
Here are a few other things we're into:
Innovative ideas. We're no conventional company, and we like it that way. That's why we encourage every employee to keep us ahead of the curve by sharing their innovative ideas, whether they're small, big, client-facing, internal or slam-ball related.
Passionate people. Inspired ideas don't tend to come from uninspired people. Which is why we're always on the look-out for dedicated believers. You know, the big dreamers. There's no other way to get an idea to come to life.
Creative space. You can't create game-changing ideas without changing things up a bit. Enter eccentric artist-in-residence Seth Minkin, our very own hand-built bar, start-up office mates and this guy.
Letting loose. All work and no play makes Jack really efficient, but a total snore — and we'll have none of it. That's why we're fans of summer hours, scavenger hunts, Foley's Fridays (our neighborhood bar) and surprise lunches on the house. Just to name a few.

Our top-tier talent is accessible and involved. They are not locked behind corporate company doors. And the rest of us, we can contribute, innovate, brainstorm and develop both BzzAgent and our professional selves without limitation.

BzzAgent is made up of a great group of people all pulling in the same direction. We all genuinely care for each other and work to make one another's jobs better and easier to do. It's a real un-office, and a remarkable place.

Clearly BzzAgent is super awesome. I mean, hello, we have an artist-in-residence. We take videos of Jono in the ladies' room and put it on the Internet. We have a scooter to get from one end of the office to the other (and we use it). We drink at 4pm on Fridays... Wait, can we say that?

At their core, our programs have been the same since we started way back when. But over time, we've added lots of creative, innovative ways to configure programs to meet client goals and excite our Agents. This element of change and evolution keeps working at BzzAgent fresh.
